Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from referral partners, property managers, household members, tenants, building staff, social media platforms, advertising providers, scheduling or booking platforms, payment processors, review platforms, and other service providers when permitted by law.
If you provide personal information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the relevant purpose.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function securely. Other cookies may support analytics, preferences, advertising measurement, or marketing.
Depending on our website configuration, these technologies may be provided by Squarespace or third-party analytics and advertising services. Those providers may receive online identifiers, device information, IP addresses, and website activity according to their own privacy policies.
Where a cookie-preference tool is available, you can use it to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. You may also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some website features may not function properly as a result.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures of online activity to advertising providers may be considered "selling," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, you may request to opt out by using the website's cookie controls or contacting us using the information below.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to the following recipients when reasonably necessary:
Cleaning professionals and authorized personnel who need the information to schedule, access, perform, document, or support a service.
Website, booking, communication, and technology providers, including website hosting, form, scheduling, customer-management, email, telephone, text-message, cloud-storage, and IT-security providers.
Payment and financial service providers that process deposits, card payments, transfers, refunds, or related transactions.
Analytics and advertising providers that help us measure website use, campaign performance, and customer inquiries.
Professional advisers and insurers, such as accountants, attorneys, insurance providers, claims administrators, and other advisers.
Government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, or respond to a legal request.
Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
5. Mobile Information and Text Messages
If you provide a mobile number, we may use it for estimate follow-up, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, service communications, billing questions, and other communications related to your request or customer relationship.
Marketing text messages will be sent only where permitted by law and with any consent required by law. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information below.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide those services.
Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to manage an existing booking, transaction, or service request.
6. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or financial services. Those providers collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
Euro Janitorial generally receives transaction confirmation, payment method type, limited account details, billing contact information, and other information needed to maintain business records, rather than complete payment-card credentials.
7. Property Access Information
Access codes, lockbox details, key instructions, and similar property information are used only for legitimate service, scheduling, safety, quality-control, or dispute-resolution purposes. We may provide access information to the assigned cleaning professional or authorized personnel who reasonably need it to complete the service.
We ask clients to provide temporary access codes when practical and to update or deactivate codes after service when appropriate. We retain access information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service relationship, recurring appointments, recordkeeping, safety, or legal purposes.
8. Photographs and Videos
Photographs and videos may be used internally for estimates, scope verification, quality control, training, property-condition documentation, safety, insurance, or dispute resolution.
We will not intentionally use a client's name, voice, portrait, image, likeness, or identifiable private residence in website galleries, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials without separate permission where legally required.
You may notify us before service that interior photography is not permitted, except where limited documentation is reasonably necessary to record an existing condition, completed work, a safety issue, or a potential claim.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain customer and business records, comply with tax, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, the length of the customer relationship, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We also use service providers to support website hosting, payments, communications, storage, and other business functions.
No system or method of transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data incident requiring notice, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may:
unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message;
opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP;
manage available cookie preferences through the website's cookie controls;
request that we update inaccurate contact or service information; or
contact us with a question about how your information is used.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, privacy law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; receive a copy of certain information; or opt out of certain data uses or disclosures.
To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 15 and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, maps, scheduling tools, payment services, social media, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Euro Janitorial is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties that we do not control.
