We offer professional house and apartment cleaning services, including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Recurring Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, and Home Organization Services. Eco-friendly cleaning options are also available upon request.
Standard Cleaning is designed for routine maintenance of homes and apartments that are already in generally good condition. Deep Cleaning provides a more detailed, intensive clean, focusing on buildup, hard-to-reach areas, and surfaces that require additional time and attention.
Yes. Recurring house and apartment cleaning can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, every four weeks, or on another agreed schedule. We may recommend an initial Standard or Deep Cleaning based on the condition of the home.
Yes. Eco-friendly cleaning products are available upon request. Please let us know about any product preferences, allergies, pets, or sensitivities when booking. Product selection may vary depending on the surface and cleaning task.
Yes. We provide professional cleaning services for offices, Airbnb and short-term rental properties, and select commercial spaces. Pricing is customized based on the property size, cleaning requirements, service frequency, and preferred schedule.

Pricing depends on the service type, property size, current condition, cleaning frequency, requested add-ons, access requirements, and estimated time needed. Submit the Request Cleaning form so we can review your space and provide the appropriate next step.
No. A submitted form is an estimate or service request. Your appointment is confirmed only after Euro Janitorial accepts the booking and any required deposit has been received.
Cleaning time varies based on the size and condition of the property, the selected service, the number of cleaners assigned, and any additional requests. We can provide a general estimate after reviewing your information.
No, as long as safe and accurate access instructions are provided in advance. Please ensure that keys, access codes, building authorization, parking instructions, and any doorman information are correct.
Please remove unnecessary clutter, secure valuables and fragile items, provide clear access to the areas being cleaned, and notify us about specialty surfaces or items requiring special care. Running water and electricity must be available.
Please let us know about pets before the appointment. Aggressive, anxious, territorial, or potentially unsafe pets must be secured in a safe area while our cleaning professionals are present.

A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. Any required deposit will be disclosed before confirmation and applied toward the final service price.
Regular and recurring cleaning appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Deep Cleaning, Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning, and Post-Construction Cleaning require at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be non-refundable when less notice is provided.
Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or another method approved during booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when the service is completed.
Yes. Euro Janitorial LLC is insured. Proof of insurance may be provided upon reasonable request.
We aim to provide consistent service, but the same cleaning professional or team cannot be guaranteed for every appointment.
Please contact us within 24 hours after service and include photos or relevant details when possible. We will review the agreed scope and determine an appropriate solution, which may include returning to address an area that was missed.
