Every home is different, but the scope of your cleaning should never feel unclear. This checklist explains what is typically included in each residential cleaning service, which details are available by advance request, and which tasks fall outside our service.

Standard Cleaning

Regular maintenance cleaning for apartments and homes.

Kitchen

• Countertops and backsplash

• Sink and fixtures

• Spot cleaning of visible surfaces

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

• Toilet cleaned and sanitized

• Sink and vanity

• Tub or shower

• Mirrors and fixtures

• Accessible surfaces dusted and wiped

• Floors cleaned and sanitized

Living Areas and Bedrooms

• Dusting of accessible surfaces

• Tables and furniture

• Light straightening and tidying

• Bed making upon request

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

• Final finishing touches

Deep Cleaning

A more detailed service for buildup, neglected areas or first-time visits.

Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:

• Baseboards

• Doors and door frames

• Window sills

• Detailed dusting

• Light switches and door handles

• Detailed bathroom scrubbing

• Extra attention to buildup and less frequently cleaned areas

Heavy buildup or specialty residue may require additional time and must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Designed for empty or mostly empty properties before move-in or after move-out.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus:

• Closets and shelving

• Interior cabinet and drawer cleaning

• Detailed cleaning of empty rooms

• Baseboards throughout the property

• Interior doors and trim

• Move-in-ready finishing touches

Interior windows, refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning and balcony or patio cleaning are available by advance request.

Post-Construction Cleaning

Designed for homes following renovation, remodeling or construction work.

A confirmed Post-Construction Cleaning may include:

• Construction dust removal

• Detailed surface wiping

• Window frames and sills

• Baseboards and trim

• Kitchen detailing

• Bathroom detailing

• Floor vacuuming and mopping

• Final presentation cleaning

Interior windows, paint or adhesive residue removal, appliance interiors and cabinet or drawer interiors are available by advance request.

Recurring Cleaning

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning designed to keep your home consistently maintained.

Recurring Cleaning includes:

• All Standard Cleaning tasks

• Consistent home maintenance

• Customized focus areas

• Priority scheduling

• Reduced buildup between visits

Your priorities can be adjusted as your household and routine change.

What Is Not Included

For the safety of our clients and cleaning professionals, our cleaning services do not include:

• Mold remediation

• Pest or infestation cleanup

• Biohazardous materials

• Bodily fluids, needles or other hazardous waste

• Significant animal waste

• Hoarding or extreme-condition cleanup

• Heavy lifting or moving large furniture and appliances

• High or unsafe areas requiring specialized ladders or equipment

• Exterior windows, roofs or building exteriors

• Repairs, restoration or treatment of damaged surfaces

• Removal of permanent stains, discoloration or material damage

• Childcare, pet care or supervision

• Handling unsecured valuables, medications or sensitive documents

Construction debris, paint, adhesive and sticker residue require a confirmed Post-Construction Cleaning or Specialty Service.

If we encounter an unsafe condition or a task outside the confirmed scope, we may need to leave that area untouched and contact you before continuing.

Before Your Cleaning

A few simple preparations help our team use the scheduled time effectively:

• Pick up clothing, toys, paperwork and personal belongings

• Clear countertops and floors where possible

• Secure cash, jewelry, medications and fragile valuables

• Provide clear access instructions, parking details and entry information

• Let us know about pets, alarms or restricted rooms

• Leave clean linens out if a linen change has been confirmed

• Identify delicate, damaged or specially treated surfaces in advance

• Make sure running water and electricity are available

We clean around everyday belongings, but decluttering and organization are separate services unless included in your confirmed booking.
